Troubleshooting problems with Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013
On Windows Understand depends on the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013. This should be installed during the Understand installation, but the Microsoft Installer doesn’t always run correctly and if it fails there could be problems running Understand. These problems usually take the form of error messages about msvcr120.dll.To address this, navigate to the installer, right click on it and select Run as Administrator, install it with the default options, or click Repair if that choice is given.
