Kevin Groke
Since SciTools is a small company we don’t put much stock in job titles – basically my job is to do what it takes to keep our customers and potential customers happy.
When asked my title I usually respond with one of the following (depending on what I’ve been doing the previous hour):
- Support Engineer
- Sales & Support Manager
- Build Engineer
- Hardware Acquisitions Specialist
- Gopher
Background
I graduated from the University of Portland in 2001 and worked at several software companies in Oregon before moving to Southern Utah. I started out doing QA testing, but moved into programming as soon as I got the opportunity. I started work with SciTools in March 2006 and couldn’t love my company more.
Personal
I enjoy Geocaching, camping, hiking, reading and gaming with my beautiful wife and five daughters. Sunny St. George offers many opportunities for adventuring outdoors together.
Mugshot
And for those of you morbid enough to actually want to see what a programmer looks like, I’ve included one photo, compliments of Amy at Ken Nelson Photography.
