Understand 2.0 Build Notes (b466)

ARCHITECT

• Fix crash when importing an architecture from xml that has the same name as an already existing architecture.

CHANGE

• Re-enable code to create left and right dimple menus, making them work in Compare in Snapshots... again
• Enhance the GUI for folder comparisons.
• Improve differencing controls.
• Fix the painting of the thumbnail on the radar scroll bar
• react to new snapshot signal in change result window, so the lists of snapshots will get the new snapshot in them without having to close and reopen the dialog
• Allow overwriting of named historic snapshots when creating them from an alternate location
• Remember the last save-as folder, and use it on subsequent save-as actions, also changed the message dialog after not saving to not say it was an error.

EDITOR

• Ada - fixed several problems with Ada folding.

GENERAL

• Minor enhancements and consistency fixes
• Leave status messages on status area until they are cleared by other status, so they can be seen by the user
• Update copyright information.
• Make the Trackback X Rev in lower left corner a link that when clicked views the history for the current file.
• Fixed file syncing issue;
• Fix crash on reparse if bookmarks were open.
• Changed 'convert tabs to spaces' option to be language specific. Added default 'convert tabs to spaces' override for Makefiles where the option doesn't make sense.
• More localization support.

GRAPHS

• Dependency Graph - Changed "Depth" menu values. Added toggle to enable/disable the drawing of the legend. Changed fill color of root node.
• Dependency graph - Removed legend from this build. Added support to highlight the worst path.
• Better handle crashes during graph generation.
• Dependency graph - Added call-by and butterfly actions to the context menu.
• Exposed the Allow Repeat and Allow Recursive functionality into the dependency graph-context menu.
• Fixed arch-dependency graph, was showing self dependency as a separate node.

INFOBROWSER

• Fixed an inefficiency that was causing slowness in any actions that cause an InfoBrowser sync

REPORTS

• Fixed nested menus for Project Interactive Reports

SEARCH

• Fix potential crash when visiting find results
• Fixed an inefficiency in the Entity Filter and Locator when changing entity filters from the drop-down combo box.

TOOLS

• Enable the Type column of the favorite model, so you can click on it to get to the favorite also
